Welcome to Houston! We will open the convening with a warm welcome and a grounding session including key data on the demographics of the immigrant, refugee, and asylum seeker communities in Houston and Texas. Site visits will highlight efforts in Houston, learning about the place through the eyes of local organizations and exploring the ways in which individuals and organizations tackle community issues.
Please note: Site visit participants will leave directly from the ballroom to the site visit buses. Participants will be unable to return to their hotel rooms prior to departing for the site visits.
