Site Visit: The Intersection of Disability Justice and Immigration

The words “Do Nothing About Me Without Me” are commonly used in the disability justice movement as a reminder that people with disabilities have agency and that their voices must be at the forefront of any effort to advance the rights and advocate for the interests of their communities. Living Hope Wheelchair Association is working to make this a reality in Houston. Join this site visit at Living Hope for an opportunity to learn about their efforts to transform their communities while working at the intersection of disability justice and immigration.

Please note that this panel will be held in Spanish. Interpretation services will be provided.
