The agenda includes a presentation by Tanya Broder, senior staff attorney at the National Immigration Law Center, on federal litigation against California’s SB 54, DACA litigation, and emerging strategies for responding to proposed changes to the federal governments 'public charge' policy. We will also review opportunities for coordination and funding alignment. Funders working on DACA recipients' economic security issues will share initial research and emerging strategies.
