A conference line will be available for the morning session (10am – 12:15pm) with community advocates and the State Census Office. We will not have remote participation for the funder only discussion in the afternoon (12:45 – 3:30pm.
After all of our planning over the last two years, 2020 is almost here and this will be our last chance to convene before we move into the implementation phase. At last year’s retreat, we generated a plan for 2019 and we would like to use our time together on November 13 to look ahead and plan for 2020. We will create space at the retreat to:
- Align with key stakeholders including the State on strategies to address existing gaps. This includes a discussion with the State on what they learned from the implementation meetings.
- Define philanthropic priorities and plan for the next 6 – 9 months
- Hear from the statewide census evaluators, Social Policy Research Associate, on their initial design of the evaluation
- Assess whether there are any gaps or challenges that we need to address
A final agenda and meeting materials will be shared prior to the meeting. If you plan to attend, please register here by November 8th. Please email Stephanie Martinez with any questions or if you would like to stop receiving these emails.
Registration closes on Friday, November 8, 2019.
Please note we have a new registration system. You must log into your account to be able to register. If you have not logged in before but have previously attended a GCIR program, you can follow the 'Forgot Password?' link to request a new password, as you most likely already have an account in our system.
