Indiana's immigrant population grew by more than 37% between 2000 and 2008.  As Indiana's immigrant population increases, Indiana's philanthropic organizations must be prepared to effectively address the needs, challenges and opportunities of their ever-changing communities.  Please join your Indiana grantmaking colleagues for the first of four stimulating programs that will offer concrete recommendations to guide philanthropic investment in immigrant integration activities.  This one-hour webinar will provide easy-to-understand information that describes how grantmakers at all levels can play an important role in this issue.

Who Should Attend

Executive directors, program officers and development staff from corporate, private, and community foundations will benefit from this program.  This program has been designed to benefit Indiana grantmakers who have experience working with immigrant populations or are looking for effective strategies to begin this work in their community.

Program Content

  • National and local perspectives on immigrant integration, as well as the demographic, economic, and social imperatives that drive the need for integration today.
