Who Can Register

Registration is open only to GCIR members; staff and trustees of grantmaking foundations; philanthropic advisors; and affinity group staff.

How to Register

To register click here! You will receive an automated confirmation of your registration and a payment receipt as soon as you have completed the online process. The confirmation email is your registration receipt. If you do not receive this email, please contact Amanda Graves, membership and operations manager, at amanda@gcir.org.

Registration Deadlines

Payment must be received by May 21, 2012 to qualify for the regular-registration rate. Registrations received after May 21, 2012 will be billed at the late-registration rate and are subject to availability.

Special Members-Only Discounts

GCIR members will receive a members-only discount. If you are not currently a member and wish to receive this member registration rate, you may join GCIR as part of the registration process. To learn more about GCIR’s membership benefits click here.

GCIR members are provided a standard discount; institutional members can register an unlimited number of staff and/or trustees at the discounted rate.

You can pay via credit card or check. Checks should be made to Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees and mailed to:

Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until your payment has been received and processed.

Cancellation Policy

Online cancellation requests received by close of business on May 31, 2012 will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations after May 21, 2012. However, registrations may be transferred to a colleague within your organization. Please submit your cancellation or transfer request via email to Amanda Graves at amanda@gcir.org.
